Jun 26 2024 at 9:59am The adCAPTCHA API was un-responsive for 46 seconds. This outage was un-planned.

During some routing maintenance, a configuration was changes that resulted in the production database being unable to communicate with the API servers. This configuration change was made in error and was not part of the planned changes. Upon realisation of the mistake, the changes were immediately reverted and connectivity between the database and the API servers was restored. adCAPTCHA takes it's uptime very seriously and strives to avoid down-time at all costs.

During post-issue analysis, we have no see no evidence that this outage caused any impact on our customers.
